On April 17, the “Belarus Dairy” V Export Forum kicked off in Minsk.
Many representatives from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Italy and France shared their experience and expert opinions with regards to the development of the dairy industry in the Republic of Belarus. The Forum discussed current trends in the global dairy industry, the export experience of various countries, technologies for production and logistics, marketing features and much more.
The key speakers were:
- Khotko Anatoly, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus;
- Brylo Igor, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus;
- Bogdanov Aleksey, Head of the Central Office for Foreign Economic Activities of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus;
- Mario Giorgio Stefano Baldi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Italian Republic to the Republic of Belarus;
- Artem Belov, Executive Director, SOYUZMOLOKO;
- Dmitry Yatsuk, Business Development Director, Tetra Pak RUBECCA;
- Gromyko Alexey, Director Elettric80 Russia.
Tetra Pak and Elettric80 took part in the event as proud sponsors and held joint presentations on the topic “Recipes for successful export.” The first presentation featured Alexey Gromyko and Dmitry Yatsuk, who detailed their concept of efficient production of a profitable dairy product, to be sold in local markets as well as in international markets both near and far.
Then Alexey Gromyko gave the presentation “Modern dairy production 4.0: Full automation and integration” in which he expounded on the topic of Industry 4.0 and its advantages, as well as the integrated software platforms Tetra Pak® PlantMaster and SM.I.LE80. He further provided examples of implemented projects in the dairy industry in other countries.
