In 2015 Frompet chose to switch from a manual factory to a fully automated and integrated greenfield implementation in Suape, on the southern coast of Pernambuco, in partnership with Elettric80.
"Automation" - emphasizes Doctor Guerra - "has brought maximum efficiency and, more than anything else, has eliminated human error. There are no errors and there are no wrong shipments because all orders are separated by robots through a single system. This process benefits first and foremost our customer, who receives the order in a planned manner and in a shorter time frame, respecting the required standards”.
In Frompet's new factory , Elettric80 installed a total of eight LGVs: two in the production department and six in the warehouse, all managed by the SDM software, Smart Decision Maker.
