The GANTRY ROBOT palletizing cell is designed for compactness, multiple SKUm management and accessibility.

This is accomplished using a modular gantry framework with all motion achieved by Fanuc drives.

The modularity of the GANTRY ROBOT permits the management of 1 to 40 pallet positions while the optional telescopic vertical arm accommodates high pallets. This makes the robot ideal for many applications in the tissue, food, and household/personal care sectors.

Gentle package handling eliminates the risk of product damage and provides the flexibility needed to stack various formats (e.g. poly-bundles, trays, cases) on multiple pallet platforms (e.g. full pallets, half pallets, display pallets, no pallets).

The GANTRY ROBOT is normally integrated with our LGVs to minimize the need for conveyors and ensure traceability right as far as the stretch-wrapper and labeller.
