The Dragon palletizing cell implements several solutions that are characteristic for highspeed packaging line. The gentle handling of individual packages and full layers eliminates the risk of product damage and provides the flexibility needed to stack various formats (e.g., shrink, hi-cone, trays) on multiple pallet platforms (e.g., full pallets, half pallets, display pallets).

The Dragon Beverage palletizing cell is completely accessible from the floor level, eliminating the need for expensive platforms and the safety risks associated with working on raised surfaces.

Equipped with operator-friendly HMI and Auto-Pallet Pattern software, the Dragon is designed for quick recovery after upset conditions and is capable of changing formats quickly without mechanical adjustments. 

Finally, Dragon palletizing system interfaces with LGV/AGV, perfectly integrating all intralogistics operations within a plant.
