The system allows to increase the plant’s production continuity compared to traditional standards thanks to the automatic wrapping head changeover, a patented system that ensures an operating autonomy up to 8 hours, and to the use of the 1000-mm high film reel and 60 kg weight that considerably reduces the frequency of its replacement and the number of wrapping turns. The accurate pre-stretching of the film non-only improves film dispensing on the corners of the product decreasing overlaps but allows a further film saving by 5% thanks to the electronical control.
